Pretty much right after I found out I was pregnant again, I began searching for the perfect support pillow because I knew I would need one! I never got one when I was pregnant with Kynlee and I greatly regretted it. There were plenty of days where I literally could not get out of bed without help because I was so sore and stiff. So this time I decided to be proactive and get one before I actually needed it. Or that was the plan, anyway. Turns out I got much more uncomfortable a lot earlier on this time around. After searching the internet and asking for suggestions from other friends, I decided that I wanted to try the Comfort-U Body Pillow.
While reading up on the pillow, I learned that this pillow provides relief from maternity discomforts, fibromyalgia, arthritis and osteoporosis pain, back, neck and shoulder pain, and overall restless sleep. This pillow seemed like it would be perfect to use post partum, as well, so that was another plus. Once it arrived I was very eager to try it out and I did just that later that night. For the first time in a long time (even before I got pregnant this time), I slept straight through the night! I felt like I was in a cocoon and it was AMAZING. I sleep so soundly in this and don’t wake up until the morning! So at night time, this baby is all mine…but during the day? It’s been taken over and claimed by Kynlee!
She seems to love this pillow just as much as I do! She’ll bring her pillow in, some books, and cuddle in for some reading or even a nap. This morning I woke up to find her in our bed (didn’t even hear her come in there at all last night!) and she was snuggled up behind me in my pillow cocoon. We were both pretty comfy! A couple of mornings ago I woke up to find my husband snuggled up with me in there and having two adults in it wasn’t quite as comfy, hehe 
. He claims he doesn’t remember getting in the pillow but I think he just wanted to sleep there, too.
Sometimes I will use my own pillow for head/neck support and then just mold the Comfort-U around my back and legs and other times I just lay my head directly on the top of the Comfort-U pillow. Either way is really comfortable! This body pillow comes with a white cotton/polyester pillowcase that zips off for easy washing. You can also purchase additional pillowcases for it. This pillow has been a lifesaver for me this pregnancy and I would recommend to all expectant moms!
