New Year, New You!

SAVE TIME AND MONEY WITH EMEALS MEAL PLANS

As I’m sure you can tell, I’ve been on a blogging break recently. I’m currently on break from classes, too, so I really wanted to enjoy the time with my family. It has been so nice! I have more reviews and giveaways coming soon, as well as some other posts to get you caught up on what we’ve been up to! For now, I wanted to share something that I think many of us can relate to. With it being the last day of 2012, many people are setting resolutions and swearing to stick to them this year. Me? I don’t set resolutions anymore. They just set me up for failure. I do like the idea of changing your mind set, though, so that’s why I like to say, “New Year, New You!”

Since I’m currently pregnant there won’t be any kind of diet changes for me going on any time soon, but I do want to start eating healthier in general. Because of that, I’ve signed back up with eMeals! I’d used them before and LOVED the process. It certainly made my meal planning a much easier and enjoyable experience – AND it helps with the budget, which is awesome. Right now, they have a “New Year, New You” campaign going on with lots of helpful information that I thought many of you would like to see…like the amount of calories we need, for example:

The New Year, New You could also be getting more organized. If that’s the case, you could use their daily/weekly/monthly chore chart:

As I try out our new meal plan, I’ll update you with my thoughts on it. Also be on the lookout for more eMeals tips for the New Year, New You!

I hope you all have a safe New Year’s Eve and a blessed start to 2013!

  1. OH! I just signed up for eMeals but I have not had a chance to peek around the site. I need to head over and find all of this info, thanks!

  2. I like the chore list. I should start making one each day to help me stay organized.
