Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt with Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches–#CBias #TysonGoodness

As a SAHM who is also enrolled in school full-time I don’t always have the time to prep and cook a big meal. I’ve mentioned before that I’m a big fan of quick & easy meal options. I mean who isn’t, right? So last week Kynlee and I headed to Walmart to buy groceries and search for some “quick dinner” options. As my luck would have it, she fell asleep right before we pulled into the parking lot. I didn’t want to wake her but we had other errands to run later that day so I put her in the shopping cart and off we went! She is always such a big help and tries to help me stay on track when I want to venture away from my list:

(Funny, though, she didn’t say a word when that bag of peanut M&Ms jumped into the cart…and those certainly weren’t on the list!)

When I saw these new Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches in the center freezer aisle, I started brainstorming on quick dinner ideas and knew that these would be perfect! I got the regular kind, but they also had some with cheese. (Which, now that I think of it, I should have just gotten that kind since I ended up adding cheese to mine anyway).

I knew that last night would be a good time to make these because I went to the movies to see Breaking Dawn and didn’t get home until it was already past time for dinner. I decided to make a Chicken Bacon Ranch melt. First I heated the sandwiches up in the microwave per the instructions on the box, directly in the package (they come 2 per package).

After removing them from the package, I added some cheese, bacon, & a little ranch dressing on each of the top buns. We had french fries and grapes to go with it and it was a BIG hit! The best part? It was quick & easy! Don’t forget to check out the full purchase to eating path we took in my Google + Story!

I would definitely recommend these mini chicken sandwiches to any and everyone. Not only do they make a quick dinner, but they’d also be great for lunch or even a snack! You can “dress them up” however you’d like. At this time, the Tyson Chicken Mini Sandwiches are not available at all Walmart locations. Visit TysonGoodness.com to find a participating Walmart near you.

Also, from now until January 13, 2012 you can take advantage of this special offer: Buy 2 Tyson Mini Chicken Sandwiches at a participating Walmart and receive a $5 Walmart Gift Card! Make sure to save your receipt & click here for more details.

Let me know if you’ve tried these before or if you plan to try them! What items or condiments would you add to yours?
